Parental/Guardian Pool Pledge: Condor Motel does not require a Lifeguard. I pledge to have a parent or responsible adult in the pool area at all times while my child(ren) under the age of sixteen (16) years is/are in the pool or pool area. I agree to full responsibility for my safety and my children(s) safety while swimming in the pool. I will observe all state, county and motel pool policies. NO DIVING smoking, glassware, food, running, ball playing, rafts or floats allowed. I release the Condor Motel of any and all responsibility for our safety in the pool area. This pool is closed when the Owner or Operator is not on the premise.
Smoke Free Policy/Damage/Guest/Inventory/Behavior Policy: Smoke Free Environment is New Jersey State Law: NJSA 2C:33-13 L 1985. Chap 187. Smoking — Smoking is strictly forbidden at all times on the entire property. “Smoking” means: the use of and inhaling from e-cigarettes, medical marijuana, as well as the burning of, inhaling the smoke from, exhaling the smoke from, or the possession of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or any other matter or substance which contains tobacco or any other matter that can be smoked. No lit or previously lit substances shall enter anywhere on the entire premise. Any damage caused to the property from smoking will be my responsibility of a $200.00 recovery fee. Damage — I will be charged for all damages of property. Inventory —Any and all items missing from room, I will be charged according to current replacement value. Guests — Extra persons visiting or staying on premises not registered at check in will be charged accordingly. Excessive Cleaning — Upon check out, the room will be in same condition as check in or I will be charged for excessive cleaning. Behavior — Unruly behavior or disturbance from any guest(s) in this room will result in all occupants being evicted from premises by management with no refund of any monies.
Violation of any of the above policies, management reserves the right to remove, expel, eject, etc. from the property any guest(s) who, in its sole determination and discretion, fail to abide by or violate any resort rule, local, county, state or federal ordinance, statue, law and/or regulation. I will not be entitled to any refund for the unused portion of my stay. Violation of any of the above policies will result in charges to my pre-authorized valid credit card in the minimum amount of $200.00 that I registered at the front desk at check in. Furthermore, I will be responsible and agree to pay for any and all damages in excess of $200.00 should they occur.
NO REFUND for early check outs and monies cannot be transferred. NO PETS. Motel assumes no responsibility for vehicle, accidents, injury to guest, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guest to vacate and/or causes or conditions beyond our control. Guests acknowledge that they are transient guests.
I agree that my liability for this bill and any additional charges to my credit card is not waived. I agree to be held personally liable in the event the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any of the full amount of any of these charges.
