POLICIES (the fine print)

 

Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation

  • Method of payment for initial deposit to confirm reservation can be a check or money order drawn on a US bank in US dollars only. Any money orders not drawn on US banks will be charged an extra $20.00 plus any other exchange fees. Returned checks are subjected to $35 processing fee

  • Balances are due upon arrival in cash or money order to receive posted rates. Credit cards will incur a 3% surcharge on the transaction amount, plus an additional 1.5% for Canadian credit cards. Your invoice, to be emailed separately, will reflect these added fees.

  • Deposit not received within 5 days of booking will automatically be cancelled

  • 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and dates. Deposit is applied to the last nights of your stay upon check in of your original reservation date.

  • Deposit is not transferable and not refunded for cancellations, early departures, no shows, illnesses, or weather

  • Date changes may void the original reservation (and rates) and may result in loss of received deposit. Acceptance of changes is solely with the discretion of the Condor Motel.

  • Cancellations must be notified by email or in writing three weeks prior to arrival date. Phone calls are not accepted for cancellations. The deposit is refunded, minus a 25% service charge and any processing fees on credit card use.

  • Reservations canceled within three weeks of the arrival date will result in the loss of the full deposit amount.

  • Reservations guaranteed after confirmation of deposit

  • The customer is responsible for accuracy of confirmation

  • Rates are higher for Weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), Holidays (3 night minimum), Conventions and Special Events. Holiday weekend rates are based on maximum occupancy of room.

 Payment

A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IN REGISTERED GUESTS NAME IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. $200.00 will be pre-authorized on the credit card for any property incidentals. No credit card will require a $200.00 cash deposit. These will consist of excessive cleaning needs, smoking, missing items, phone charges, extra person charges, and any damages.

  • Upon check in, payment in full is required in the form of cash, money order, credit/debit card.

  • Personal checks are not accepted at check in, they are only accepted on payments received three weeks prior to arrival date. Returned checks are subjected to $35 processing fee

  • Visitors using the facilities, or that spend the day or night must register as a guest through the office and pay the extra person charge

 Parking

  • Once space per unit except for Types 8 & 9 which are permitted 2 spaces. Guests with more than one vehicle will be directed to park in the residential areas or parking meters around the motel.

  • Large and oversized trucks/vans cannot be accommodated in our parking spaces. Guests with oversized/large vehicles will be directed to park in the residential areas or parking meters around the motel, at vehicle owners expense.

  • Visitors are not permitted to park on the property

Rooms

  • Room number and floor requests gladly accepted, however may not be guaranteed

  • Check in after 4:00pm; Check out before 10:00am. Guests who chose to arrive prior to 4pm are welcome to park in our lot and use the facilities. We ask that you check into the office to let us know you have arrived and we will give you a call when your room is ready.

  • All guests must be included in the room occupancy total and registered at check in.

  • Please notify us if arrival is after 5:00pm

  • Bicycles are not permitted in rooms

Smoking

  • The Condor Motel is now a SMOKE FREE facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

  • Although marijuana is legal in the State of NJ, the smoking of marijuana is PROHIBITED on our property.

  • Smoking of any kind, anywhere on the property will result in being asked to leave our property and you will incur a $200 fine and additional cleaning fee if smoking occurs in room.

Pets

  • Sorry, no pets allowed

Extra Fine Print

  • Rates are subject to all NJ Sales tax and local tax

  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stays may apply.

  • Rates are based on availability and are subject to change unless secured by advanced reservation.

  • The Condor promotes a family environment and therefore will not accept group reservations unless they are families consisting of adults and children. Couples and groups must be all over the age of 25. Guests will be required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests must be over the age of 25 to check-in to the property. Misrepresentation voids reservation; and subject to forfeiture of amounts prepaid

  • As a matter of public health, children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper while in the pool

  • All guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool

  • No disorderly behavior, conduct, profanity and/or loud music, etc, which at the sole discretion of management, is inconsistent with the environment of this family motel or annoys, harasses or alarms other guests. In such an event, management reserves the right to ask such guest(s) to leave, remove such guest(s) from the property or take any other appropriate action. No refund will be paid.

  • In addition, to taking any other appropriate action, management reserves the right to remove, expel, eject, etc. from the property any guest(s) who, in its sole determination and discretion, fail to abide by or violate any motel rule, local, county, state or federal ordinance, statue, law and/or regulation. No refund will be paid.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guest to vacate or causes or conditions beyond control. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Condor Motel rents rooms on a temporary basis only. The occupants acknowledge that they are transient guests.
