Located on the office side, 3rd floor, with elevator access, this room type has one queen bed, TV, small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig machine.

Pool side location
This four room unit has three private bedrooms with one Queen bed in each room, two full bathrooms, living room area, kitchenette with full refrigerator, 4 burner stovetop, central A/C and four TV’s. It is located on the third floor, poolside, with elevator access.
Up to six people can enjoy the accommodations of separate sleeping areas. Rates based on 6 guests.

The type 3a is a one room efficiency located on the second floor, office side and does not have elevator access. It has two queen beds, kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop and TV.

The type 4 room is located on the office side of the property on both the second and third floors. The second floor units do not have elevator access. The third floor units do have elevator access and can also be used as connecting rooms. Type 8 Room
Office side location
The type 8 is located on the office side, second floor, with no elevator access. This luxury suite has four rooms plus two full bathrooms. There are three private bedrooms; two bedrooms have a queen bed in each and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is a living room area, full kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and dishwasher, central air/heat, washer and dryer and four TV's. Guests are permitted to park two vehicles for each unit—large vehicles are not permitted. The luxury suite will accommodate up to eight people.

Type 9
The type 9 is a private building across the street from the motel, located on Ocean Avenue. This beautiful condo has private entrances to the first and second floor units. Each unit has three private bedrooms; one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, a living room area with a queen sofa bed, dining room area and full kitchen complete with 4 burner stovetop, oven and dishwasher, central air/heat and four TV’s. Enjoy sitting out on your private front porch or back patio. The two condo units share a barbeque grill, washer and dryer located right outside the back door. Guests are permitted to park two vehicles for each unit—large vehicles are not permitted. Each condo unit can accommodate up to eight people.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday starting June 17th.
